6. Communications and Opt-Out

If you submit an enquiry, you agree that we, our group entities and our authorised representatives may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email or other electronic means regarding your enquiry and our projects — including where your number is registered on the DND / NCPR registry, since this contact arises from your own request.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

  • Enquiries that do not proceed: retained for up to three (3) years from the date of last contact
  • Customers with a completed or ongoing transaction: retained for the period required under applicable contract, RERA, accounting and tax law, generally eight (8) years after the transaction concludes
  • Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe

After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

8. Data Security

We maintain reasonable security practices and procedures, including SSL encryption on our website, access controls limiting employee access to a need-to-know basis, secure hosting, and confidentiality obligations on our staff and partners.

While we take these measures seriously, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Any transmission of information to us is at your own risk.

If a data breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
